Tasks and Responsibilities:
Prepare and implement the sales plan and achieve monthly and annual targets.
Manage the sales team, distribute tasks, and monitor daily performance.
Market the company's products to car washes, polishing shops, commercial companies, and institutions.
Develop strong relationships with existing clients and attract new clients.
Follow up on orders and inventory in coordination with the operations and warehouse department.
Prepare periodic reports on performance, sales, and market movement.
Study customer needs and provide competitive offers and prices.
Requirements:
A leadership and ambitious personality capable of achieving results.
Strong skills in negotiation, persuasion, and time management.
The ability to lead and motivate a field sales team.
A valid driver's license and knowledge of Jeddah and nearby areas.
Proficiency in using sales programs, Excel, and report preparation.
