  • Administer Dell EMC PowerScale (Isilon) clusters, including configurations for SmartPools, SmartQuotas, SyncIQ replication, and multi-protocol access.
  • Deploy and operate Dell EMC ECS (Elastic Cloud Storage) as an S3-compatible object storage solution for large-scale unstructured data management.
  • Configure and manage Dell EMC Data Domain appliances for backup landing, deduplication, DDBoost integration, and remote replication.
  • Deploy, administer, and tune Pure Storage FlashArray (all-flash SAN) and FlashBlade (unstructured/NAS/object) platforms.
  • Design and operate DDN storage solutions, including SFA, EXAScaler, and A3I, to support High-Performance Computing (HPC) and AI/ML data pipeline requirements.
  • Deploy and administer open-source distributed storage solutions such as Lustre parallel filesystem, Ceph (RBD/CephFS/RGW), and MinIO object storage.
  • Integrate storage platforms with virtualization layers, including VMware vSphere (VMFS, NFS) and Nutanix.
  • Design and enforce comprehensive backup, snapshot, replication, and disaster recovery policies across all storage tiers.
  • Monitor storage performance, capacity utilization, and hardware health, and lead incident response efforts for critical storage failures.
  • Automate storage operations and workflows to improve efficiency and eliminate manual processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Extensive experience in architecting, deploying, configuring, and operating enterprise storage environments.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple hardware storage platforms.
  • Proficiency with open-source distributed filesystems.
