Job Title: Accounting

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Receiving transfer receipts sent by the company via email periodically (monthly or every two months).

Reviewing the financial values contained in the receipts and ensuring their accuracy.

Collecting amounts and accurately calculating the total.

Preparing a brief report on the total amount and submitting it to management on time.

• Greeting the customer and welcoming them in the branches
• Displaying products accurately to customers
• Informing customers about offers and discounts

• The work will be in one of Darah's perfume branches
• Previous experience in selling perfumes and cosmetics is preferred

• Coordinate with the design owner to understand the required content and implement design requirements.
• Develop design ideas consistent with the client's needs.
• Provide technical advice regarding design visualization and the appropriate style.
• Deliver final products and gather feedback for necessary adjustments.
• Prepare documents and reports according to approved procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related fields.
• Previous experience in graphic design.
• Fluency in Arabic.

• Follow up on the implementation of the incoming administrative decisions.
• Organize daily mail and appointment tasks.
• Coordinate and organize meetings for the direct manager.
• Sell household tools and devices to customers and provide the necessary information about them.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain store organization.
• Manage payment processes and receive payments.
• Process product exchange and return requests.

• Two-year diploma after high school in business administration, office management, or executive secretarial studies.
• Advanced skills in customer service, email management software, and office machinery.
• Fluency in Arabic is required, and knowledge of English is preferred.

• Tracking mechanical schematics for devices and equipment.
• Diagnosing mechanical failures and accurately identifying their causes.
• Estimating the cost and quantity of materials and supplies needed for maintenance.
• Monitoring the implementation of necessary maintenance activities and inspecting machines after repair.
• Preparing and submitting maintenance-related work reports.

• Qualification: Two-year diploma after high school in mechanical engineering technology.
• Experience in machinery maintenance and quality assurance.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, knowledge of Urdu is preferred.
