We at the Rapid Buildings Contracting Company are looking for a professional maintenance supervisor to carry out a range of vital tasks in the field of maintenance. You will work on preparing a work plan and schedule and following up on procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance. Tasks will also be distributed among the team and training needs for the maintenance team will be designed, along with preparing a preventive maintenance program.

Main Tasks:

• Follow up on procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance and estimate the quantity and cost of necessary materials.
• Distribute tasks and duties among maintenance team members based on their capabilities and skills.
• Assess the training needs of maintenance teams and enhance their skills.
• Prepare preventive maintenance programs and follow up on their implementation procedures.
• Classify, organize, document, and save results and work reports.

Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma

Skills Required:

• Supervision - Advanced Level
• Report Preparation and Forecasting - Advanced Level
• Languages: Arabic - Advanced Level
