As part of our mission to align with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, we are looking for a detail-oriented Translator & HS Coding Agent for a 3-month project.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate translation and classification of inbound dutiable shipments to KSA while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:- Translating all inbound dutiable shipments to KSA in detail.
- Generating Customs Harmonized Tariff codes for line items from invoices.
- Reviewing and checking invoices of dutiable shipments.
- Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Reporting to work on time as per duty roster.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Translation, International Trade, Logistics, or similar).
- Excellent command of Arabic and English; experience with commercial/shipping documents preferred.
- Strong understanding of customs procedures and HS coding.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective organizational and communication skills.
