Marketing the store's products (perfumes and all other products).

Innovating effective marketing methods through social media.

Attracting new customers and maintaining existing customers.

Coordinating with store management regarding campaigns and offers.

Requirements:

Experience or skills in electronic marketing and social media.

Ability to communicate and persuade.

Commitment to tasks and achieving sales goals.

Working System:

Remote.

On a commission basis (the percentage will be determined after the interview)

• Coordinating and executing eye-catching visual displays that attract customers.
• Translating the visual merchandising plan into creative window displays and product placements.
• Liaising with contractors and suppliers to manage installation timelines.
• Being sensitive to market trends and customer preferences to enhance the in-store experience.
• Maintaining brand standards and implementing signage programs.

• High School Certificate.
• Fluent in English.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Visual Merchandising or Fine Arts.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Translate the Visual Merchandising Plan by executing creative windows, product placements, and floor designs.
• Execute seasonal floor plans and coordinate with contractors and suppliers to manage production timelines effectively.
• Maintain brand standards while being sensitive to cost saving initiatives.
• Implement store signage programs according to commercial guidelines.
• Keep up-to-date with visual merchandising trends and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and store teams to create effective visual merchandising strategies that maximize sales.

• Display Design: Create and organize compelling visual displays within our stores to attract customers.
• Store Organization: Ensure that the store layout is clear and products are accessible and visually engaging.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor the effectiveness of displays through customer feedback and sales data to optimize arrangements.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align displays with brand requirements.
• Research and Development: Stay updated with current trends in visual merchandising and suggest innovative ideas.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in visual merchandising or a relevant area.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and retail trends.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail or beauty industry
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on the latest trends and products

• Analyze Sales and Performance: Examine sales figures, gather customer feedback, and assess market trends to forecast product needs.
• Product Presentation: Create visually appealing product displays in-store and online while ensuring products are arranged for optimal visibility.
• Strategy and Planning: Formulate and execute marketing strategies aimed at maximizing sales and profitability, including market research to identify competitive opportunities.
