Job Objective:
At Leopardo, we are looking for an outstanding and passionate waiter/waitress to provide an exceptional hospitality experience for our customers. You will be the face of the place, the first point of contact for welcoming guests with a smile, assisting them in choosing their orders, and ensuring service is delivered at the highest standards of quality and speed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Welcoming Guests: Warmly welcoming customers and guiding them to their tables.

Managing Orders: Presenting the menu clearly, explaining the ingredients, and providing recommendations based on guests' preferences and personal taste.

Taking Orders: Accurately and carefully taking orders and relaying them to the kitchen through the system used.

Providing Service: Serving food and beverages quickly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Maintaining Cleanliness: Setting up and continuously cleaning tables, ensuring the lounge area is arranged according to health and safety standards.

Handling Payments: Preparing bills, reviewing them with guests, and processing payments (cash or card) accurately.

Teamwork: Continuous cooperation with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations and provide integrated service.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Experience: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in the restaurant and café sector (considered an additional advantage).

Communication Skills: Polite and a great communicator, with excellent ability to build positive and quick relationships with guests.

Working Under Pressure: Ability to handle peak times and busy work calmly and professionally.

Overall Appearance: Good grooming, a friendly demeanor, and commitment to strict personal hygiene standards.

Flexibility: Ability to work in changing shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Ability: Ability to stand and move for long periods during working hours.
