• Proven recruitment experience.

• Professional network across sectors of expertise.
• Strong senior manager stakeholder management skills.
• Regional experience is critical.
• CIPD or equivalent qualification preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to the F&B and Hospitality sectors.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and define clear job requirements.
• Utilize various sourcing channels to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Stay informed on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar senior recruitment role.
• Strong track record of recruiting in the Food & Beverage and/or Hospitality industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience recruiting within the Saudi Arabian or wider GCC market is an advantage.
