Join Coty as a Sales Supervisor!As a part of our Saudi Sales Team, the Sales Supervisor role is integral in developing Coty’s business within Retail Stores and Duty Paid stores in the Central Region.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial & Commercial Management: Be the driving force in enhancing the sales performance of Coty Sell-out, execute strategies to meet sales and market share targets, and manage store fundamentals.
- Team & People Leadership: Manage a team of Beauty Advisors, coaching and motivating them to maximize performance and consumer engagement.
- Communication & Analytics: Report on field activities, track performance, and prepare presentations for business reviews.
Candidate Profile Qualifications And Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 12 years of experience in field sales or key account supervision within the Beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi retail landscape and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills & Competencies:- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Team-oriented and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
