Role OverviewThe Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and operationally managing the company’s marketing activities across brand, events, communications, PR, sponsorships, and marketing operations. This role translates strategy into execution and ensures delivery on time, on brand, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support development of annual marketing plans
- Translate strategy into executable initiatives
- Align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Brand Management & Consistency
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Review and approve marketing materials
- Act as brand guardian across teams and vendors
- Event & Activation Management
- Manage marketing communications for events
- Coordinate exhibitions, activations, and sponsorships
- Support execution and post-event reporting
- Marketing Operations & Team Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day marketing operations
- Coordinate internal teams and agencies
- Manage workflows and timelines
- Procurement, Vendors & Invoicing
- Manage agencies and vendors
- Track budgets and process invoices
- Coordinate with Finance on approvals
- Performance & Reporting
- Track KPIs and campaign performance
- Recommend KPI and metrics for all marketing activities
- Provide regular reporting to leadership
- Sponsorships & PR
- Manage PR and sponsorship initiatives
- Coordinate with media and PR agencies
Skills & Experience5-7 years marketing experience, Strong project management, communication and attention to detail skills, Experience with agencies and vendors, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
