Your Role:
As a Senior Purchasing Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving our purchasing strategy from end-to-end. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inventory Control & Stock Management: Work closely with our warehouse to maintain optimal stock levels and conduct inventory audits.
  • Product Selection & Catalog Management: Support product selection aligned with market trends and collaborate with marketing for accurate listings.
  • Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure timely deliveries and resolve any logistical challenges.
  • Vendor Performance & Reporting: Evaluate supplier performance and prepare detailed purchasing activity reports.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you should possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the Beauty & Cosmetics industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
