ملخص الوظيفة:

يعمل موظف الاستقبال / المضيف في المطعم كواجهة للمطعم، حيث يضمن أن يتلقى كل ضيف تجربة تناول طعام مخصصة ولا تُنسى وسلسة. يجمع هذا الدور بين التميز في الضيافة وتمثيل العلامة التجارية - الترحيب بالضيوف بحرارة، وإدارة الحجوزات والطلبات الخاصة، وتعزيز صورة المطعم وقيمه وعروضه المميزة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

  • ترحيب بجميع الضيوف القادمين بأسلوب دافئ واحترافي ومهذب. 

  • إدارة وتنظيم جميع الحجوزات بدقة.

  • تنفيذ وإدارة نظام قائمة الانتظار الفعالة خلال ساعات الذروة. إدارة الحشود في منطقة الاستقبال / الانتظار بمهارة، مع ضمان راحة الضيوف والامتثال لسلامة الحريق وتنظيم السعة.

  • امتلاك فهم شامل للقائمة الحالية، والعروض اليومية، وترقيات المطعم، والسياسات التشغيلية العامة لمساعدة الضيوف بدقة.

  • الحفاظ على محطة الاستقبال ومناطق انتظار الضيوف المجاورة (مثل بهو المدخل) في حالة منظمة ومرتبة وقابلة للتقديم في جميع الأوقات.

  • العمل كنقطة الاتصال المركزية بين إدارة واجهة المطعم، وموظفي الخدمة، والمطبخ لضمان توافق قرارات الجلوس مع قدرات الخدمة.

  • الاستعداد لارتداء الزي الرسمي للعلامة التجارية: رسمي للأعمال
  • مهارات استثنائية في التواصل والتفاعل والعرض.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret BOQs, technical specifications, consultant comments, and site surveys.

Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; knowledge of other drafting tools is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic or Filipino is preferred.
