We are looking for a proactive and responsible Housing Supervisor to manage our housing facilities and ensure their maintenance and cleanliness.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:- Maintain records and documents related to housing units assigned to each occupant.
- Inspect vacated accommodations and arrange necessary cleaning and maintenance.
- Evaluate departing occupant's room before signing clearance for exit.
- Provide initial shelter supplies to new staff eligible for housing.
- Process housing transfer requests and coordinate with housing assistants.
- Arrange cleaning services and manage pest control contractor access.
- Perform additional duties as required within the scope of expertise.
Reporting: You will report to the Manager of Housing & Transportation and supervise Housing Assistants.
Qualifications:A minimum of:
- High School Graduate or Equivalent, with preference for College Education.
- At least three years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in computer systems.
- Honest and responsible with confidentiality.
