The Role Of The Spa ReceptionistAs Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for a range of tasks that ensure exceptional customer service. This includes greeting guests, answering calls, managing appointments, and checking in guests. Your welcoming demeanor will set the tone for a positive experience.
Knowledge And Skills- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to understanding guests' needs.
- Exceptional customer service skills and problem-solving ability.
- Good level of reading, writing, and spoken English.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Spa Booking Software and the Opera system.
