ملخص الوظيفة
: مقهى نوار يبحث عن موظف استقبال ኋ مضيّف محترف للغاية، يتمتع بقدرة على التعبير، ودقيق، ليكون نقطة الاتصال الأولى والأخيرة لضيوفنا المميزين. هذه الوظيفة الحيوية مسؤولة عن خلق تجربة ترحيبية وسلسة من خلال إدارة الحجوزات بكفاءة وإرشاد الضيوف إلى طاولاتهم بلطف. سيتم منح تفضيل للمرشحين الوطنيين السعوديين. الخبرة السابقة في بيئة تناول طعام راقية ومعرفة ببرنامج الحجز SevenRooms تعتبر ميزة كبيرة.

المسؤوليات
:


إدارة الحجوزات:

* التعامل بكفاءة مع جميع طلبات الحجز الواردة عبر الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، والمنصات الإلكترونية.

* تسجيل وإدارة تفاصيل الحجز بدقة، بما في ذلك أسماء الضيوف، معلومات الاتصال، حجم الحفل، التاريخ، الوقت، وأية طلبات خاصة.

* استخدام وصيانة نظام الحجز بالمطعم (يفضل SevenRooms) لتحسين ترتيبات الجلوس وزيادة سعة المطعم.

* تأكيد الحجوزات وإدارة قوائم الانتظار بفعالية، مع التواصل بوضوح مع الضيوف.

* التوقع بشكل استباقي للصراعات المحتملة في الحجوزات وإيجاد حلول مناسبة.


ترحيب الضيوف وتوزيعهم:

* الترحيب بجميع الضيوف القادمين بحرارة واحترافية مع ابتسامة حقيقية وسلوك مرحب.

* تأكيد حجوزات الضيوف وإرشادهم إلى طاولاتهم المخصصة بسرعة وأدب.

* تقديم القوائم وإخبار الضيوف بأية عروض خاصة أو معلومات هامة.

* التأكد من جلوس الضيوف بشكل مريح والتعامل مع أي احتياجات أو طلبات فورية.


علاقات الضيوف:

* تقديم خدمات عملاء استثنائية، توقع احتياجات الضيوف وتجاوز توقعاتهم.

* التعامل مع استفسارات الضيوف، طلباتهم، وشكاواهم برقة وكفاءة، وتسليم القضايا إلى الإدارة عند الحاجة.

* الحفاظ على معرفة شاملة بتوزيع المطعم، القائمة، والخدمات للرد على أسئلة الضيوف بدقة.

* بناء علاقات إيجابية مع الضيوف المنتظمين والسعي لتخصيص تجربتهم.


الهاتف والتواصل:

* الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية بسرعة وباحتراف، مع استخدام آداب التعامل المناسبة.

* أخذ رسائل دقيقة وتوصيلها إلى الأفراد المعنيين.

* الحفاظ على التواصل الواضح والفعال مع فريق الخدمة والإدارة بخصوص وصول الضيوف، ترتيبات الجلوس، وأية طلبات خاصة.


الحفاظ على منطقة الاستقبال:

* التأكد من أن منطقة الاستقبال نظيفة ومنظمة وقابلة للتقديم في جميع الأوقات، مما يعكس معايير المطعم العالية.

* الحفاظ على مستوى مناسب من القرطاسية، القوائم، والمواد الضرورية الأخرى.


مهام نهاية الخدمة:

* شكر الضيوف المغادرين بصدق ودعوتهم للعودة.

* المساعدة في ترتيب منطقة الاستقبال والاستعداد لفترة الخدمة التالية.

* معالجة أي مهام نهاية الخدمة حسب متطلبات الإدارة.


المؤهلات
:


* يفضل أن يكون سعودي الجنسية.

* الحد الأدنى من سنة خبرة سابقة كموظف استقبال، مضيف / مضيفة في مطعم تناول طعام راقٍ أو في بيئة ضيافة فاخرة.

* إثبات القدرة على إدارة الحجوزات بكفاءة ودقة.

* المعرفة والخبرة باستخدام برنامج الحجز SevenRooms تعتبر ميزة كبيرة.

* مهارات تواصل بين شخصية ممتازة، مع سلوك مصقول ومحترف.

* قدرات تنظيمية متعددة المهام قوية، مع اهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل.

* القدرة على الحفاظ على الهدوء والثبات تحت الضغط في بيئة سريعة.

* النظافة والشكل الشخصي المتميز.

* الطلاقة في اللغة العربية والإنجليزية أمر ضروري. مهارات لغوية إضافية تعتبر مصدر قوة.

* شغف حقيقي بتقديم ضيافة استثنائية وخلق تجارب ضيوف لا تُنسى.
