Job Overview:The Hotel Sales Manager plays a key role in achieving sales targets and enhancing the hotel's commercial performance. This position requires effective sales planning and collaboration with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit the annual sales revenue budget for review.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans.
- Coordinate with Operations and Finance to achieve sales targets.
- Report on sales activities and market analysis.
- Develop strong client relationships, focusing on airlines and corporate partners.
- Manage key accounts and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Monitor hotel revenue performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Support the launch of new hotel products and promotions.
- Represent the hotel in client meetings and networking activities.
Job Requirements:- Saudi national.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5–7 years of sales experience in the hotel or hospitality sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset to convert market data into sales strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM systems.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
