We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced professional to enhance our sales efforts across the Eastern and Western regions of Saudi Arabia. Job Purpose:To develop, monitor, and support all sales teams by actively seeking and acquiring new clients while building strong relationships to ensure growth and enhance the company’s prestige.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve Sales Manager targets and support teams in meeting their sales objectives.
- Conduct field visits with team members to targeted clients.
- Perform market research to build a database of potential clients.
- Manage client relationships including after-sales service and policy premium collection.
- Ensure adherence to risk and compliance requirements and continuously monitor their implementation.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by regularly following up on client inquiries.
- Provide accurate data for reporting to support sound decision-making.
- Strictly comply with AICC policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelor’s degree (BSc), IFCE Certification, insurance-related courses are recommended.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in insurance sales.
Skills: Strong leadership, effective planning, knowledge of insurance plans, goal-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills are essential.
