المهام والمسؤوليات:


تحديد واستهداف العملاء المحتملين وتوسيع قاعدة العملاء.


إعداد وتنفيذ خطط المبيعات لتحقيق الأهداف الشهرية والسنوية.


عرض خدمات ومنتجات الوكالة بطريقة احترافية تلبي احتياجات العملاء.


التفاوض مع العملاء وإتمام الصفقات بنجاح.


متابعة العملاء بعد البيع لضمان رضاهم واستمرار العلاقة التجارية.


التنسيق مع فريق التسويق والإنتاج لضمان تلبية متطلبات العملاء بالشكل المطلوب.


إعداد تقارير دورية عن المبيعات والفرص الجديدة والتحديات.


المشاركة في الفعاليات والمعارض الخاصة بالوكالة لتعزيز العلاقات وبناء شبكة عملاء

Position Overview
Glider Aerial Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Sales & Customer Relations Executive to join our expanding team. This role focuses on driving sales across all Glider service lines—including drone surveying, aerial cinematography, drone washing, inspections, and entertainment—while maintaining exceptional communication and long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients across different industries. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and company profiles. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by Glider management. Maintain updated CRM records for all client interactions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and timely support. Follow up on proposals, renewals, payments, and ongoing projects. Build strong, trust-based relationships with existing and new clients. Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communication & Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts. Attend virtual meetings with the management team. Ensure professional communication across WhatsApp, phone, email, and CRM.
  • Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the drone sector. Identify potential strategic partnerships to expand Glider’s reach.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in technology, drones, media, or engineering.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (Arabic & English).
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).
  • Professional attitude, disciplined remote-work habits, and strong customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of drones (training will be provided if needed).
