Join Almajdouie Motors as a Marketing & CX General Manager!We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated leader to join our Marketing team. The Job Holder is responsible for strategy development, management, and control of all marketing activities for New cars, Parts, Service, and used vehicles. Your role will focus on initiating, deriving, and developing strategies aimed at achieving desired sales volume, profits, revenues, and enhancing brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:- Marketing Strategy & Plan Formulation: Develop effective strategies and plans for the launch of new products, including lineup and pricing definition, as well as communications and launch activities. Ensure adherence to budget and propose justifications for deviations.
- Marketing & Branding: Ensure marketing plans align with sales, volume, and profit objectives. Create tactical campaigns that are effective and easy to communicate.
- Stakeholder Relationship: Manage relationships with retail finance partners and maintain strong dialogue with key managers.
- Team Management: Ensure team members have the necessary knowledge and skills. Oversee hiring and training processes.
- Management Reporting: Provide reports on marketing budgets, activities, and competitor insights.
- Customer Relations: Quickly resolve client issues, grow the customer base through cross-selling and upselling, and define standards for optimal customer experience.
