Job Summary:The Housing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing company-provided accommodations across multiple locations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role ensures that housing facilities are well maintained, safe, and compliant with company standards while coordinating daily operations with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of company housing facilities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping teams to ensure cleanliness and proper accommodation standards.
• Arrange maintenance requests and follow up on repairs and facility issues.
• Conduct regular housing inspections to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage room allocations, occupancy records, and housing logistics.
• Coordinate furniture, appliances, and housing supplies requirements.
• Ensure health, safety, and security standards are maintained.
• Handle employee housing complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding housing needs and availability.
• Prepare basic reports related to housing status and occupancy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Administration, Facility Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in housing, facilities, or accommodation supervision.
• Good coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Good command of English (required – written and spoken).

• Allocate work duties to Team Members.
• Perform routine inspections of all check-out rooms and spot checks of occupied rooms.
• Report and follow up on maintenance defects or issues.
• Inspect service areas, storage rooms, and corridors regularly.
• Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and additional projects.
• Manage and train Room Attendants to meet performance standards.
• Efficiently manage stock control and equipment maintenance.
• Provide excellent guest service, including special requirements for VIP guests.
• Ensure adherence to Hilton's brand standards at all times.

• Previous experience in a supervisory housekeeping role.
• A proven track record of team management.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Preferred proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.

• Control and communicate room status with the front desk.
• Ensure safe work habits and participate in safety committees.
• Inspect and maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas, including guest rooms and public spaces.
• Enforce procedures for guest lost and found items.
• Conduct inventories and manage supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Provide ongoing training to staff and assist in payroll and cost control.

• Minimum of 3 years of housekeeping experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Physical fitness is essential for this role due to lifting and moving heavy items.
• Must have a flexible attitude towards shift work, including nights and weekends.

• Welcome guests as they arrive and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and seating plans for efficient operations.
• Provide recommendations on food and drink selections, informing guests about specials.
• Ensure guests receive prompt attention and address any requests or concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints courteously.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
• Assist with training new staff and support in administrative tasks such as managing guest lists.
• Stay informed about local attractions to provide recommendations to guests.

• Manage the restaurant reservation system including taking reservations by phone, email, and in person.
• Welcome and escort guests to their tables while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Support the F&B team in maintaining operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all corporate policy and procedures.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Mandarin Oriental, representing our service excellence.

• Guest Experience & Service Excellence: Address guest requests and concerns professionally; coordinate special setups and bespoke arrangements for VIPs.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and motivate housekeeping staff, providing training and feedback to enhance performance and adherence to Raffles service culture.
• Coordination & Communication: Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth operations and report any maintenance issues effectively.
• Standards, Safety & Compliance: Enforce hygiene and safety standards, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and sustainability practices.

• Minimum 2–4 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse team and maintain focus under pressure.
