الدور: محلل أعمال — ESG وإزالة الكربون
الخبرة: 4+ سنوات

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

جمع وتوثيق وترجمة متطلبات الأعمال والنظام لمشاريع ESG وإزالة الكربون.
رسم العمليات الحالية وتصميم العمليات المستقبلية لتعزيز تدفقات البيانات وكفاءة التقارير.
إنتاج المواصفات الوظيفية، ومصفوفات تتبع المتطلبات، وتقييمات الأثر لتوجيه فرق التطوير.
دعم جمع بيانات ESG، والتحقق، وحساب مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، وتقارير العملاء والتقارير الداخلية.
التعاون مع المطورين، وخبراء الاستدامة، وأصحاب المصلحة لدفع UAT، والاختبار، والتحقق بعد النشر.

المؤهلات الضرورية:

درجة البكالوريوس في الأعمال، أو الاستدامة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة 4+ سنوات في تحليل الأعمال، ويفضل في ESG، أو تقارير الاستدامة، أو مشاريع التحول الرقمي.
معرفة عملية بأطر تقارير ESG (مثل GRI، SASB، IFRS S1/S2).
مهارات قوية في الوثائق (BRD/FRD/RTM)، ورسم العمليات (As-Is/To-Be)، وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
خبرة عملية مع أدوات مثل Jira، Confluence، وMiro (أو ما يعادلها).

من الجيد أن تكون لديك:

خبرة سابقة في خطوط بيانات ESG، أو لوحات المعلومات، أو أدوات تقارير الاستدامة.
خبرة في المنطقة (السعودية / دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي) أو مع أصحاب المصلحة من مناطق متعددة.
