Main Tasks:- Monitor daily inventory levels and update records continuously.
- Receive materials and supplies and ensure they match invoices and specifications.
- Conduct periodic and monthly inventory counts and report to management.
- Coordinate purchase orders with suppliers in collaboration with management.
- Organize and store materials in a way that ensures easy access and avoids damage.
- Follow up on expiration dates, especially for food and beverages.
- Reduce waste and loss by analyzing daily usage.
- Effectively use accounting systems or inventory management programs.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure materials are ready and available on time.
Requirements:- High accuracy in follow-up and documentation.
