- Welcoming visitors and clients, identifying their needs, and providing them with the required information.
- Informing the relevant reference about visitors and clients and guiding them to it.
- Receiving phone calls and responding to inquiries or transferring them to the concerned reference.
- Making internal communications to obtain information.
- Arranging interview appointments and recording the names of visitors and clients in the relevant logs.
This role requires a full commitment to procedural guidelines and organized policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:You must have a bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:
- Business Administration
- Marketing
- Customer Service
- Executive Secretarial
And you should have preferred certifications such as Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) and other HR certifications. We are also looking for advanced skills in customer service, reception, and scheduling.
