As a vital part of our team, you will manage all aspects of our housekeeping and laundry operations, delivering memorable and unique guest experiences with every stay.
Your Responsibilities:- Manage, coach, and develop a team dedicated to exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards.
- Maintain and order supplies and equipment, supporting our green initiatives by minimizing waste.
- Help refine and prepare budgets to maximize profitability.
- Address special requests for guests, VIPs, repeat visitors, and VIP Club members.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and provide support during busy periods.
- Educate team members on compliance with federal, state, and local laws and safety standards.
What We Need from You:- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Acumen in business language and tools.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in hospitality or a related field.
- 3+ years of total experience in a catering or related setting.
- Direct supervisory experience over a sales/catering team or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Ability to speak local language(s).
- Additional qualifications may apply per brand standards.
