Overview:Taher Company is looking for an outstanding maintenance supervisor to join its team. You will play a vital role in preparing and implementing work plans and improving team performance to ensure effective maintenance.
Main Responsibilities:- Prepare a work plan and program.
- Follow up on procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance.
- Distribute tasks among the team.
- Design training needs for the maintenance team.
- Prepare a preventive maintenance program.
- Evaluate the performance and achievements of the maintenance team.
- Estimate the quantity and cost of the necessary materials.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
- Practical experience of at least two years.
Benefits:- Full-time, six working days a week.
- Monthly salary ranging from 6000 Saudi Riyals.
