Administrative Assistant to join its team. We will provide you with the opportunity to engage in vital administrative tasks that support workflow and help organize daily activities.
Main Responsibilities:- Follow up on the implementation of administrative decisions issued by the direct supervisor.
- Organize mail and daily appointments.
- Complete administrative tasks related to workflow.
- Coordinate and organize meetings with the direct supervisor.
- Handle government platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, and the E'itmad platform.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or Executive Secretarial.
Required Skills:- Customer service, advanced administrative skills, email management software, office equipment, scheduling visits, and the ability to take responsibility.
