You will support the direct manager with various daily administrative tasks and implement necessary decisions to ensure the workflow is smooth.
Responsibilities:- Follow up on the implementation of the incoming administrative decisions.
- Organize daily mail and appointment tasks.
- Coordinate and organize meetings for the direct manager.
- Sell household tools and devices to customers and provide the necessary information about them.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain store organization.
- Manage payment processes and receive payments.
- Process product exchange and return requests.
Requirements:- Two-year diploma after high school in business administration, office management, or executive secretarial studies.
- Advanced skills in customer service, email management software, and office machinery.
- Fluency in Arabic is required, and knowledge of English is preferred.
