We are looking for an outstanding candidate with at least one year of supervisory experience in personnel affairs and performance measurement. You will be responsible for supervising, preparing reports, and controlling performance quality.

Main Tasks:

• Supervising the work team
• Preparing performance reports
• Controlling performance quality in projects

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management
• At least one year of supervisory experience

Skills:

• Measurement techniques - Advanced level
• Quality auditing - Advanced level
• Responsibility - Advanced level
• Languages: Arabic (Certified) and English (Intermediate)

The work will be within a project affiliated with the Royal Commission in Ras Al Khair, with a morning work period of 6 days a week.
