We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier cum hostess to join our team, responsible for processing customer transactions accurately while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong, excellent communication abilities, and maintain a professional demeanor while handling cash and various payment methods.

Key responsibilities:

• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems

• Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment with precision

• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

• Assist customers with questions about products, prices, and store policies

• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently

• Follow all company policies and security procedures

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations

• Develop and implement retail and wholesale strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail chains, wholesale distributors, and trade partners.
• Manage pricing, promotions, and in-store execution in collaboration with marketing teams.
• Oversee order management, stock levels, and demand planning with internal supply chain teams.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess product performance, competitor activity, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data and provide regular reports on performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations in all commercial activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail and wholesale channel management.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

• Saudi nationality.
• High school diploma or above.
• Experience in sales.
• Good at dealing.

• Salary starts at 5100 SAR + commission on sales.
