Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance to lead our financial strategy and operations across the GCC region. Your role is pivotal for ensuring our continued success through exceptional financial management.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and manage the finance and accounts department across all company locations within the GCC.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of comprehensive financial reports for senior management.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards in all accounts.
- Develop and enforce strategic financial policies and procedures.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Manage cash flow, investment activities, and risk management.
- Establish and maintain financial controls and compliance with tax laws.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.
- Engage in financial modeling and business performance analysis.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team.
Qualifications and Skills:- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; MBA or relevant professional certification (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of management experience in finance and accounts, ideally in trading or related industries.
- Deep understanding of financial regulations and tax laws in the GCC.
- Proficiency in financial management software.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
