Administrative AssistantAt Al-Bee'a Contracting Company, we are looking for a professional administrative assistant to join our team. In this role, you will follow up on and implement administrative decisions issued by the direct supervisor, organize mail and daily appointments, in addition to completing administrative tasks related to workflow and coordinating meetings.
Main Responsibilities:- Implement the administrative instructions issued by the direct supervisor.
- Open, sort, and distribute paper and electronic mail.
- Complete typing tasks and respond to inquiries and phone calls.
- Organize files and save transactions in a way that facilitates referencing.
- Coordinate and organize meetings for the direct supervisor and take meeting minutes.
