Join Penspen as a Senior Projects Coordinator (Offshore) As a leading energy services company for over 70 years, Penspen is seeking a skilled Senior Projects Coordinator to support the Project Director in delivering a program of projects for Khafji Joint Operations (KJO). This role is pivotal for ensuring client satisfaction and commercial success in our Project Management Services (PMS) contract.
Key Responsibilities: - Support the Project Director in managing the portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with overall plans.
- Oversee Project Delivery Leads and Senior Project Engineers managing onshore and offshore project activities.
- Coordinate administrative aspects of projects including technical, contracts, logistics, and support functions.
Knowledge and Skills Required: - Minimum 15 years of project management and engineering experience in FEED and EPC phases.
- At least 8 years managing onshore/offshore project activities.
- PMP experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco procedures is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
Qualifications: An Engineering Degree in a relevant field is essential.
