Join Sulaiman Al Rajhi University as a Recruitment Specialist!We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both academic and administrative positions. This role is essential in ensuring that our recruitment aligns with university policies and Saudi labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle the full recruitment cycle including requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
- Coordinate with Deans and Department Heads to define job requirements and staffing needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, academic networks, and professional platforms.
- Conduct initial interviews and organize technical/panel interviews.
- Maintain recruitment data and documentation on HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and accreditation requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics.
- Support onboarding handover and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 4 years of recruitment experience (preferably in universities).
- Knowledge of Saudi labor law and academic hiring practices.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and sourcing skills.
