Your Responsibilities:- Develop and execute an integrated marketing communications strategy and annual marketing calendar.
- Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Management to create effective marketing initiatives.
- Lead public relations efforts and coordinate with agencies for local and international exposure.
- Oversee social media strategies and content direction with agency partners.
- Manage the hotel’s marketing assets and campaigns in line with brand standards.
- Track marketing performance and report results regularly.
- Manage marketing budgets and forecasting.
- Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and local community partners.
Qualifications:- 3-5 years of experience in hotel marketing communications, preferably in an opening hotel environment.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing, including PR, digital, social media, and campaign activation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
