Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee end-to-end airline ticketing operations, including bookings, reissuances, cancellations, and refunds.
- Supervise and support ticketing specialists, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and company policies.
- Liaise with travel agencies and airlines for group bookings, fare negotiations, and special agreements.
- Monitor ticketing trends and implement system improvements.
- Handle complex itinerary planning and resolve escalated reservation issues.
- Coordinate with finance for invoicing and billing accuracy.
- Maintain updated knowledge of airline policies and travel restrictions.
Required Skills:- Expert knowledge of GDS platforms (*, Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Advanced knowledge of fare construction and IATA regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ticketing software.
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
