Key Responsibilities:- Supervise the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness in villas, common areas, and multiple facilities.
- Monitor cleaning materials and supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Lead by example, fostering a disciplined and cohesive team environment.
Qualifications & Skills:- Certification or training in Housekeeping Management or Hospitality Operations.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning products and their appropriate usage.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel for tracking inventory.
