Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and development of irrigation systems for the LDIP project, ensuring alignment with project specifications and best practices.
- Conduct site assessments and analyze soil, water, and climate data to optimize irrigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and cost estimates for irrigation works.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including landscape architects, civil engineers, and contractors for seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of irrigation systems.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and quality control procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Manage procurement and supplier relationships relevant to irrigation materials and equipment.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Irrigation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in irrigation design and project management, preferably with large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven expertise in LDIP or similar irrigation projects is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in irrigation design software and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of water resource management, hydraulics, and soil science.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
