This role is vital for ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently in Dhahran, Eastern Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software/applications per established standards.
- Work with OEM vendors for replacing spares, hardware repairs, and troubleshooting.
- Manage inventory effectively, including imaging of laptops and desktops.
- Provide assistance in conference room setups and hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) services for IT assets.
- Offer VIP support and manage audio-visual, conferencing, and associated technologies.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) while documenting incidents, problems, and resolutions.
- Provide hands and feet support to backend teams for network/server/application issues.
Qualifications:- Proficient in DHCP and DNS.
- Good communication skills and knowledge of Office 365 support.
- Able to support both PC and Mac devices.
- Experience in L1 level network troubleshooting.
