Key Responsibilities:- Strategy and Planning:
- Develop a data-driven marketing strategy to build brand awareness and engage key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Brand & PR Management:
- Lead public relations and media outreach efforts.
- Build relationships with media and industry influencers.
- Manage crisis communication and develop thought leadership initiatives.
- Digital Marketing & Content Creation:
- Oversee management of digital channels and content strategy.
- Analyze digital marketing performance and provide insights.
- Event & Experiential Marketing:
- Plan and execute high-impact offline events.
- Collaborate with partners to co-host events showcasing DTV’s capabilities.
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of marketing experience with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
