- Perform real-time monitoring of drilling activities for safe and efficient operations.
- Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting Realtime system issues.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical incidents.
Qualifications:- Associate Diploma, technical degree or Bachelor's required.
- Experience in technical support, remote operations or IT support preferred.
- Able to work shifts in the field.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 247 support.
