Position: Chef (Bakery & Sweets)We are looking for a highly experienced and creative chef specializing in bakery, sweets, and desserts. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in the field, strong knowledge of trending dessert items, and the ability to introduce new, innovative recipes to our menu.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare a wide range of bakery and sweet items including traditional and modern desserts.
- Create and develop new trending recipes and seasonal menu items.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in line with Saudi food regulations.
- Supervise kitchen procedures and ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Collaborate with the management team on product development and customer preferences.
- Manage inventory and minimize wastage.
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in bakery and sweet-making.
- Strong knowledge of Arabic, Western, and trending international desserts.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Saudi food hygiene laws and kitchen safety regulations.
- Creativity in menu development and presentation.
- Must be punctual, clean, and organized.
Trial Period:- A 3-month trial will be conducted to assess skills, creativity, and performance.
