visionary leader to manage security operations for our luxury properties in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. This key role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests, staff, and assets across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols for all properties.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and create strategies to address potential security threats.
- Oversee management and training of security personnel.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement to comply with security regulations.
- Manage security budgets and resources effectively across the cluster.
- Implement advanced security technologies and surveillance systems.
- Lead crisis management and coordinate emergency response.
- Provide regular briefings and reports to senior management.
- Align security measures with Raffles & Fairmont luxury standards.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field.
- Advanced certifications such as CPP or PSP.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in security management.
- Proven track record in luxury hospitality security operations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Budget management experience.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is desirable.
Additional Information: - Experience in project coordination and pre-opening stages is essential.
