Join Fairmont Hotels & Resorts as a Housing Supervisor!We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Housing Supervisor to join our team at Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our residential properties ensuring tenant satisfaction and upholding the highest standards in property management.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of property management staff, including maintenance workers and leasing agents.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient property operations.
- Manage tenant relationships, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts professionally.
- Oversee maintenance and repair schedules to ensure all work meets high standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets for property operations and maintenance.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with leasing agents to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Ensure timely financial reporting, including rent collection.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for property services.
- Stay updated on local housing laws and regulations.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of property management experience.
- Proven supervisory experience in managing teams.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
- Property Management certification preferred.
