Role Overview:The Branch Sales Supervisor will oversee sales activities in the Southern Region across retail, wholesale, and discount channels. You will ensure the achievement of sales targets, market expansion, and foster strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support a team of sales representatives across multiple cities in the southern region.
- Drive the execution of sales plans and promotional activities across various sales channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure alignment with KPIs and targets.
- Identify market opportunities and provide feedback on competition.
- Ensure effective coverage, distribution, and visibility of products.
- Conduct regular market visits and provide coaching to team members.
- Collaborate with logistics to ensure product availability.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales supervision experience in the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of the southern region’s market dynamics.
- Proven ability to manage sales teams effectively.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred:- Experience in both traditional and modern trade customers.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
