Tasks and Responsibilities:
1- Full supervision of the glass factory operations and management of the production lines.
2- Planning and supervising production and ensuring the achievement of operational targets.
3- Monitoring quality and adherence to occupational safety and health standards.
4- Preparing operational reports and submitting them to senior management.
5- Improving processes, reducing waste, and increasing operational efficiency.
Conditions and Requirements:
1- Practical experience of not less than 5 years in operating glass factories or similar industries.
2- Proven experience in operations and production management.
3- Good knowledge of quality and industrial safety systems.
4- High leadership and organizational skills.
5- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions.
