Immediate hiring as a service provider inside major sales outlets and discount centers, to sell SIM cards and internet inside booths in hypermarkets and malls for telecommunications companies. Features of the job: Clear job ladder (promotions), training leading to employment, progressive commissions, continuous training with accredited certificates. Working hours: One period during the first month from 4 PM to 12 AM. Vacations: One day a week from Sunday to Wednesday, and on Thursday and Friday there is work without vacations.

A cashier is required to work in the field of customer service and sales. The tasks include: receiving cash and electronic payments, recording sales in the point of sale system, providing excellent customer service, and preparing daily sales reports. Accuracy in handling money, excellent communication skills, and previous experience in accounting or sales are required.

Job Purpose:

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• External Legal Representation: Represents the company before governmental and judicial authorities. Attends sessions, meetings, and official reviews. Follows up on legal cases and transactions until completion.
• Legal Procedures and Follow-up: Continuously follows up on the progress of legal cases and files. Ensures the company's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom. Monitors regulatory changes and provides management with important updates.
• Document Preparation and Drafting: Prepares legal correspondence and letters. Prepares periodic reports on the status of cases and transactions. Documents and archives all legal documents in an organized and secure manner.
• Internal and External Coordination: Communicates with governmental authorities, lawyers, and legal advisors. Coordinates with company departments to provide the required documents or data in cases. Contributes to reviewing contracts and agreements. Provides support in legal analysis and preparing simple memoranda.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Regulations, or equivalent. The applicant should not have previously registered in the Tamheer program and should not be currently employed. Good knowledge of Saudi regulations (commercial, labor, and litigation regulations). High skills in communication and formal representation. Ability to prepare and draft legal correspondence. Excellent organizational and time management skills. High accuracy and attention to detail. Strong fieldwork skills and dealing with official authorities.
