What You Will Do

• Oversee the daily operations of the designated food and beverage outlet, ensuring that all aspects of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction meet Four Seasons standards.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the outlet team, providing guidance, training, and regular performance feedback.
• Ensure consistent high-quality food and beverage service, from preparation to guest interaction, in line with Four Seasons luxury standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create and refine the outlet's menu, ensuring it meets guest expectations, seasonal trends, and cost-effective pricing strategies.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure optimal stock levels and quality control.
