We are looking for someone with the necessary skills to interact efficiently with clients and staff.
Main tasks:- Taking notes during meetings.
- Managing phone calls and receiving messages.
- Coordinating agendas for meeting participants.
- Creating systems for filing and records.
- Traveling for meetings within the Kingdom.
Requirements:- Practical experience of no less than two years.
- Having a car and a driving license.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Business Administration, or Executive Secretarial.
