Your Profile:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Saudi Arabian driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent knowledge of Saudi Arabia's Western Provinces.
• Proficient in Arabic; English language skills are advantageous.
• Ability to handle packages up to 25 kg and maintain physical activity.
• Customer-focused with a passion for service.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record.
• Team player who can work independently as well.

About the Role
As a Field Courier for DHL Express, you are the face of our company. You will be responsible for the efficient and safe collection and delivery of time-sensitive shipments, providing an exceptional and friendly service experience to our customers. Your professionalism and dedication are crucial in ensuring we meet our commitments and maintain our position as the world's most international company.

Your Tasks:

• Pickup and Delivery: Safely and efficiently collect and deliver shipments to and from customer locations within a designated route in and around Jeddah.
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, answering customer questions and resolving issues with a positive and professional demeanor.
• Shipment Handling: Ensure all shipments are handled with care, correctly scanned, and all necessary paperwork and documentation are accurately completed.
• Route Management: Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely delivery, considering traffic patterns and delivery deadlines.
• Vehicle Operation & Safety: Operate the company vehicle safely and lawfully, performing daily vehicle inspections and reporting any maintenance needs.
• Technology Use: Utilize handheld scanners and other company technology to track shipments, update delivery statuses, and manage routes.
• Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards, including customs, security, and handling dangerous goods.

Your Profile:

• Education: A High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Driver's License: Must possess a valid Saudi Arabian driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Local Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Saudi Arabia's Western Provinces and the surrounding areas.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic is required; basic to intermediate English skills are advantageous.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to handle and lift packages of varying weights (up to 25 kg).
• Customer-Focused: A genuine passion for customer satisfaction.
• Reliability & Punctuality: Strong sense of responsibility and excellent attendance record.
