Key Responsibilities:- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements.
- Provide legal advice and support to internal departments.
- Identify and mitigate legal and contractual risks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Support the development of legal policies, procedures, and governance practices.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
- Proven experience in contracts and legal affairs.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi laws and regulations.
- Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Professional attitude with strong communication and organizational skills.
